Purchased in store:
We do not offer refunds however we are more than happy to provide you with a credit note or exchange.
We have a 3-day policy, which means you have 3 days after purchasing your item to request a one of the above options.
To be eligible for an exchange/ credit note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging/ pot. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any kind on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues- Online Orders:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We can only issue a refund if the you have contacted us and sent proof within 24 hours of signing off the delivery.

If you have purchased a plant from us and it is unwell please contact us on here or through Instagram with any concerns you may have and provide photos of your purchase. We are also more than happy to take a look at it in store.
Please remember as a small business we are not able to take responsibility for any incorrect care/ maintenance of purchased plants.
